Relais & Châteaux, Dîner des Grands Chefs, Gotham Hall New-York

Relais & Châteaux is a network of 500 outstanding hotels and restaurants spread worldwide. The second edition of “Diner des Grands Chefs” took place in the prestigious Gotham Hall in New York, the aim was to promote the brand and the French gastronomy in the United-States. 45 of the most famous chefs of Relais & Chateaux and around 400 prestigious guests attended the event.

Willing to give a creative dimension to this second edition, the theme enhanced was “Spring in New-York City”, Relais & Château gave the lead to Sofrance for the artistic direction and the decoration of the show “famous for its experience in the planning of outstanding events” according to Jean-François Perret, CEO of Relais & Chateaux. Sofrance managed to create an artistic harmonization with sounds, music, light and floral design in the different rooms of the prestigious Gotham Hall. The noteworthy part of the show remains the projection of a video mapping on the walls of the banqueting hall staging a green and bucolic New York. These little movies broadcasted throughout the evening provided a magical and delighting touch to the “Diner des Grands Chefs”.
